WhatsGood helps strengthen food systems by building technology for local farmers, fishermen, artisans and the communities that support them. They help feed the community’s desire to know where their food comes from with a digital storytelling platform that connects consumers with the people producing their food.
As lead Graphic Designer, I was responsible for oversight on all things brand related and enhancing the WhatsGood image. Working with a team of developers in Brazil, I helped design content for the eCommerce app and company website. In addition to the brands digital components, I worked with local farmers to create compelling marketing materials.
In an effort to make shopping locally easy, WhatsGood launched home delivery options and a series of Pickup Points at three Rhode Island breweries which is benefited the farmers and the consumers. I designed a variation to the established WhatsGood logo to work for existing and future programs; Pickup Points, Home and Office Delivery, as well as Curbside Pickup. A social media campaign was also launched in collaboration with the breweries to help market the Pickup Points. Animated shorts were storyboarded, designed and developed to share on both social media and the company website to help visually explain the process.
